Tom Capriola and Mina Kim, FPPA 2004 SF, welcomed their first child, a daughter, Imaya Miyoung Capriola, on January 20, 2011.

Janae Cooley, FPPA 1999 SF, is in her tenth year as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, currently working in Washington, D.C. on Iraqi refugee issues.

Alea Gaga, FPPA 2008 SF, starts as a Masters student in the Department of City and Regional Planning at UC Berkeley next fall.

Benjamin Ibarra-Tacdol, FPPA 2005 SF, wife Andrea and daughter Soluna welcomed Macario Benjamin to the family on January 5, 2011.

Patrick Kelly, FPPA 2006 SF, is an attorney with Sidley Austin in San Francisco.

Masum Momaya, FPPA 2000 SF, lives in Gilbert, Illinois where she is the Lead Researcher and Writer for the international women's rights organization, Association for Women's Rights in Development (AWID). She also runs a curatorial practice on the side.  

Caroline Mullen, FPPA 2008 SF, is the Associate Director of Philanthropy at the Nature Conservancy in Chattanooga, TN.

Noé Noyola, FPPA 2003 SF, and wife Calah welcomed their first child, a baby girl, Citlali Sol Noyola, born March 10, 2011.

Meredith Reynolds, FPPA 2004 SF, began as the City of Irvine Environmental Programs Administrator in February 2011. 

James Toy, EL 2004 SF, following his graduation from U.C. San Diego last June, returned home to San Francisco where he is now the Development Assistant for San Francisco Performances.

Nadir Vissanjy, FPPA 2008 SF, is now Staff Assistant and System Administrator for Congressman Mike Honda, U.S. House of Representatives, in Washington, D.C..

Mina Yaroslavsky Bressler, FPPA 2000 SF, and husband Dan Bressler, became first-time parents to a daughter, Sadie Ruth Bressler, on December 15, 2010.

In Memoriam

Richard Winnie, FPPA 1971 SF, Alameda County Council, recently lost his battle with cancer.
