Welcome to Coro's "Virtual Library" of Ideas on Leadership

Coro staff, participants, alumni, Board members, volunteers, advisors and partners work to enhance civic leadership and engagement every day.   Coro National believes it is important to share what Coro learns across the system to enhance what we do, share best practices and improve our capacity to empower communities.  The Coro system is also committed to the community of learning and to engaging in dialogue about the challenges and opportunities our work presents.

You will find two kinds of Ideas on Leadership and civic engagement material here.

The first section will contain Ideas (findings, articles, and opinion pieces) on Leadership from the Coro system, including speeches, articles, research, project results.

In the second section you will find other resources-articles, opinion pieces, tools, book recommendations, etc.-- we are collecting from leaders in business, government, community and non profit organizations that may be of interest to you as you transform vision into action.
