Prior to Coro, Don served as President of Empower Lab Consulting Group an executive coaching and leadership training organization which he still heads.  Don specializes in Team Building, Innovation, and Effectiveness Training.  Over the course of his career, Don has also acquired, developed and facilitated the disposition of companies involved in Restaurants, Real Estate Development, and Manufacturing.  He has served on various boards including his favorite of live community theatres.  Don is graduate of UCLA and the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs.

The New Business Manager and Executive Assistant to Don Pierro, Maxfield finished his BA at Vassar College in 2004. Post College, he worked briefly in Hawaii teaching High school Latin before pursuing a job managing the children of a wealthy American Family. He finished The Post-Baccalaureate Program in Classics at UCLA in 2008 before deciding to move his career into the Non-Profit sector.

Edward is an alumnus of the Coro Health Leadership Program and hails from the world of politics and communications-having worked for several local elected officials and also serving as a media consultant.  He has a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California and a MA in Political Management from the George Washington University. Edward serves as the Publicist for the Los Angeles Press Club, and Communications Director for the Westside Chronicle.
