In February of 2008, Coro launched “Coro CrossTalk on Healthcare,” a new and engaging speaker series on the topic of healthcare and leadership. Each month, a new issue or different aspect will be explored by a speaker or panel of speakers representing a diversity of opinion, background and experience. Past Health Fellows often serve as moderators or responders

• September 10^th 2008– “Healthcare & Politics: A Look at the California Ballot and Presidential Politics” with Peter Mackler
• October 8^th 2008– “Health Update: State of Community Clinics” with Dr. Felix Nuñez, moderated by Amir Hemmat
• November 13^th 2008– “Leadership in the Public Affairs: What I’ve Learned Along the Way and Where I See Us Going” with Pat Clarey, moderated by Coro alumna, Lisa Kalustian
• December 10^th 2008– “Leadership in the Healthcare Arena” with Dr. Bob Ross
• January 14^th 2009– “State of the (Healthy) City” with Los Angeles County Supervisor

 When:       The 2^nd Wednesday morning of the month from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

 Audience:   30. Seating is limited; only the first 25 RSVPs will be ensured a seat at the table.

 Cost:          No cost to attend; free parking. Coffee, OJ and a light breakfast are served.
