About Coro Partnerships | Current PartnershipsPast Partnerships

“The organizational thinking and analytic ideas possible when one utilizes the skills taught in Coro are impressive.  Complex organizational problems seem more comprehensible with the tools.”
--Linda Centore, RN
Graduate of the 2007 UCSF/Coro Faculty Leadership Collaborative

Over the course of more than six decades of innovation in experiential leadership program development, Coro has partnered with dozens of organizations to provide collaborative leadership skills and tools to volunteers, employees, students and community members.

Participants in Coro’s interactive partnership programs learn to appreciate that change occurs at a variety of levels: internally; in their immediate professional or academic surroundings; and, when participants are able to gain the confidence and skills to catalyze change in the systems and organizations in which they live and work.

Coro acknowledges that leadership comes in many forms and styles. This philosophy enables participants to empower themselves to take responsibility for their own learning, cultivate their strengths, and surmount their challenges. The group, as a learning community, assists in this process by creating a forum for peer-to-peer coaching, idea-sharing and support.

Coro’s approach to leadership training is based on providing participants with interactive learning opportunities that consist of a mixture of skills-based seminars, interviews with an array of local leaders, and group activities and discussions.

For information on how your organization can benefit from Coro training, contact executive director Jeff Sosnaud at jsosnaud@coro.org or 415-986-0521, ext. 101.
