Coro’s unique curriculum incorporates individual and group experiential learning. We draw from participants' current professional, academic or comunity involvement. Under the guidance of the program trainer, participants learn and practice Coro tools, receive intensive feedback from one another, learn about different leadership approaches, and develop the confidence and support to re-examine how they approach leadership and change.
