About Coro Partnerships
Current Partnerships | Past Partnerships
Coro’s unique curriculum incorporates individual and group experiential learning. We draw from participants' current professional, academic or comunity involvement. Under the guidance of the program trainer, participants learn and practice Coro tools, receive intensive feedback from one another, learn about different leadership approaches, and develop the confidence and support to re-examine how they approach leadership and change.

HOME TEAMS– Within the program, small groups of four participants meet regularly to complete group assignments and give personalized feedback. LOGIC STUDY– As part of their program orientation, the participants work as a team to examine the logic or an organization or community. This exercise establishes the group as the main support framework for participants, creates a culture of collaboration and familiarizes the group with various leadership styles. COMMUNITY CLINICS– Each home team presents an organizational issue that they believe will be beneficial to the group and prompts discussion of avenues to achieve resolution. PRACTICUM- Each participant identifies a small group within the organization to use as a laboratory in which to explore Coro tools. |
