Driving:

    * From Highway 101 South: Take the US-101 SOUTH ramp towards DOWNTOWN/LOMBARD ST. US-101 becomes US-101/RICHARDSON AVE. US-101/RICHARDSON AVE becomes US-101/LOMBARD ST. Turn RIGHT onto US-101/VAN NESS AVE. Turn LEFT onto BUSH ST. Turn LEFT onto KEARNY.  Turn right onto CLAY ST.

    * From Highway 101 North: Stay straight to go onto US-101 N. Take I-80 E towards BAYBRIDGE/OAKLAND/SEVENTH ST/(US-101 NORTH). Merge onto I-80 E.
      Take the FOURTH ST exit towards EMBARCADERO. Merge onto BRYANT
      ST. Turn LEFT onto THIRD ST. 3RD ST becomes KEARNY ST. Turn RIGHT onto CLAY ST.

    * From 280 North: From 280N, take the FOURTH ST. exit. Turn LEFT onto THIRD ST. THIRD ST. becomes KEARNY ST. Turn RIGHT onto CLAY ST.

Muni:

Take Caltrain to the 4th & KING STATION.  Walk to the corner of 4th Street & Townsend.  Take the #15 Muni bus and get off at KEARNY & CALIFORNA ST. Walk North on KEARNY 2 blocks then turn right on CLAY ST.
 
Caltrain:

Take Caltrain to the 4th & KING STATION.  Walk to the corner of 4th Street & Townsend.  Take the #15 Muni bus and get off at KEARNY & CALIFORNA ST. Walk North on KEARNY 2 blocks then turn right on CLAY ST.
BART:

Get off at MONTGOMERY STATION.  Walk six blocks North down MONTGOMERY ST.
Parking

We encourage public transportation when possible, but if you need to drive here is some helpful information for finding a spot in one of the most popular areas of San Francisco.

San Francisco Department of Parking and Traffic offer some good advice on their website and include a handy map of city owned downtown parking garages. Although all of the garages listed are with in walking distance, the closer ones are 1. Portsmouth Square, 2. Golden Gateway, or 3. St. Mary's Square.
