We are looking to secure 36 unique and challenging learning experiences for our Youth Fellows in the nonprofit, government and business sector. The summer internship placement is (Tu/W/Thu) from July 6 to August 5. The internship is an important part of the Youth Fellows' exploration of their leadership potential. It's also a fun and rewarding way for you and your staff team to support the leadership development of a young person who is committed to making a difference in his or her community. Taking a Bite of California Agriculture
By Tommy Owens
Our fifth and final Coro Focus Week this year brought us to California’s Central Valley. From Placement to Placement, Connecting the World of Public Affairs
From the City of San Rafael to San Jose, the Coro Fellows were placed across the Bay Area, completing 84 placements as a class throughout their year. From developing a marketing plan for a nonprofit, to drafting legislation, to designing a community engagement strategy for a business, the Fellows made hands-on contributions to the various sectors through their placements, and they were offered access and insight through their various projects and host organizations. The success of Coro programs is dependent upon our community partners and Coro would like to thank all the Field Faculty and organizations that committed their time and effort to hosting Coro Fellows.
