The Youth Fellows have finished the full-time summer phase of the Exploring Leadership program in August and are now applying their leadership training to designing and delivering Community Action Projects at their high schools.
During the Fall and Spring Phases they attend two after-school seminars each month where they continue to develop their leadership skills and work on their Community Action Projects. One Saturday a month, the Youth Fellows explore different issues affecting their community by working hands-on with partner organizations and community members to address these issues.
