CORO

Volunteer Opportunities

Coro volunteers are integral to our work, playing critical roles in recruitment and selection of program participants, planning and delivering events, and strengthening our programs. Here are just a few ways that volunteers can be involved:

Recruitment: Cultivate leadership by letting folks know about Coro Center for Civic Leadership programs. Attend a career fair with Coro staff, host an information session at your alma mater, or join a panel discussion! Have a few minutes to spare after work this fall? Participate in one of our phone-banking events!

  • Contact Yolanda De La Paz at ydelapaz@coro.org for more information on recruiting for the Fellows Program in Public Affairs.
  • Contact Amy Chan at achan@coro.org for more information on recruiting for the Exploring Leadership Program.

Application Review: Help assess the candidates for the Fellows Program in Public Affairs.

Contact Yolanda De La Paz at ydelapaz@coro.org for upcoming application reading sessions.

Selection Day Judge: Volunteer to be a Selection Day Judge for the Fellows Program in Public Affairs or the Exploring Leadership Program.
