Benefits to Placement Organizations
Placements are project-based internships that improve the host organization’s productivity and ability to achieve strategic initiatives. During their eight-week placements, Community Problem-Solving Fellows create deliverables such as marketing materials, operations manuals, benchmarking reports, or company events. Placement hosts benefit from increased organizational capacity, professional-quality deliverables, and access to the Fellows’ expanding networks.

Placement Schedule
Fellows report to their placement organization from Monday through Thursday during the organization’s normal operating hours for a total of 32 hours per week. Organizations that operate on flex-time can work with the Fellow to develop a schedule that accommodates 32 hours of dedicated placement work. Fellows are also available to attend evening and weekend events that do not conflict with scheduled
