Bring Talent into my Organization
If your company or organization has ever thought about building your capacity and productivity through hiring an intern, Coro has an even better offering for you. Our fellows are bright college students who experience leadership training while simultaneously completing projects in local organizations. The program offers these young people support and growth, leaving your company or organization the responsibility of offering meaningful work and guidance.
There are several different programs that we offer that request placements, and we are dedicated to finding the right fit for you, depending on your company's needs.
Many companies and organizations have benefited from hosting a Coro Fellow.
The Fellows Program in Public Affairs is a nine-month, post-graduate, experiential leadership training program. Placements in partner organizations are the cornerstone of the Fellows Program in Public Affairs. Fellows work in a series of individual field placements covering government, electoral campaigns, business, non-profit, labor, education and media. Each placement lasts four weeks and allows Fellows to see how organizations reach their goals from varying vantage points. The high level of access available to Fellows through their field placements ensures a remarkable behind-the-scenes view. Working on projects within each sector gives the Fellows a comprehensive understanding to the myriad complex sides in public policy making.
