Coro Fellows Video Installment 1: Leadership Style.

In this short film, watch as the Fellows prepare to embark on National Affairs Week. Get to know us in all of our celebrated civic pride. We hope you can last the full 2:18 and laugh at our patriotic chutzpah. Then, please consider scrolling down and making a contribution so we can rest our heads on beds and pillows after long days of effective inquiry and ethical propagandizing.

The mission behind the Coro Center for Civic Leadership is to advance ethical and effective leaders. The purpose of the Coro Fellowship is to gain experience in multi-sector jobs promoting social change and, specifically, to propel ourselves to positions where we can advocate for social justice and equity on a larger scale than we ever could before.

But, we need your help! Specifically, we will be traveling to Washington, D.C. in May. Our D.C. trip will be a focal point in our professional pursuits and will serve to expand our knowledge of the national policy-making process and its implications to regional affairs. Unfortunately, our tight Coro budgets make this trip inaccessible without support from friends, mentors, and loved ones, like you. We’re embarking on a big challenge and we need to raise $10,000. While $833 will sponsor one Fellow's complete trip, $500 will send all twelve Fellows one-way on their travels, $100 will feed three Fellows for a day, $50 will cover breakfast for all twelve Fellows, $20 will help two Fellows eat dinner, and any amount will help!

Please consider making a donation.

Thank you so, so much.

 Very sincerely,

The 2011-12 Fellows
