Mr. Kornblet is Vice Chairman of Americall Group and Vice Chair of the Coro National.

Between 1986-2002, Mr. Kornblet was President, Business Response, Inc. (BRI), Call Center service provider specializing in customer service and product recall management services. BRI designed and implemented many different product recall programs overseen by a number of different federal agencies, including the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. In 2002 BRI, which had operated 5 call centers employing over 1200 people, became a division of Americall Group, Inc.

From 1984-86, he was President, USA 800, Kansas City-based Call Center service provider specializing in customer service and product recall programs. In 1986, Kornblet returned to his native St. Louis to establish BRI.

From 1976-1984, Mr. Kornblet was Vice President and Partner, Fleishman-Hillard, Inc. International Public Relations, working with clients in a variety of different industries and programs, including customer notification of potentially defective products.

Mr. Kornblet served as Executive Director, Coro Leadership Center – St. Louis for five years from 1971-1976. He was Director of Public Education, Urban League of St. Louis from 1967-1971, designing and implementing public relations programs for the Urban League that provided education, housing, and social service support to low-income residents.

Don Kornblet is a Graduate of Yale University, (BA), 1966; is listed in Who’s Who in America; and was named Direct Marketer of the Year, 1995 (Direct Marketing Association of St. Louis). In addition to service to Coro, among his many volunteer activities he served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, Council of Better Business Bureaus (1996-2003).
