Leadership and Volunteer Opportunities
Coro New York alumni are integral to our work, playing critical roles in recruitment and selection of program participants, planning and delivering alumni events, and strengthening our programs. Listed below are just a few ways that alumni are invited to become involved:
Help Recruit Applicants for the Fellows Program in Public Affairs
Wherever you are, there are several ways you can help cultivate leadership by letting folks know about the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs.
Please contact Suzanne Lee at (212) 248-2935, ext. 242, if you would like to assist with finding and reaching out to potential recruits or help in the selection process. We’re open to all suggestions, so if you have other ideas for career-oriented events or similar outreach opportunities, let us know and help make our next Fellows class a diverse and dynamic group!
Join the Coro New York Alumni Association Board (CAAB)
The Coro Alumni Association Board (CAAB) is currently accepting applications for new members. CAAB plays a key role in the Coro alumni community planning and implementing alumni events, supporting Coro’s fundraising efforts and providing advice on Coro’s future. Members commit to attending three meetings per year and contributing in a significant way to at least one CAAB related project designed to support key Coro priorities. For more information on CAAB membership, please contact Seth Hufford at (212) 248-2935, ext. 304.
